Surfnet published a paper on education and what it would look like 20 years from now. To support the paper's content, Boiled was asked to create a series of illustrations.

To do that, the illustrations don't focuss on the devices that will be used 20 years from now, but more the services and the flow of information. Cloud computing and different onine services will be key in how students will be learning in the future.

Surfnet also used the illustrations on large banners to brand a summit on education. This was already factored into the contract, so vector images were the logical way to go.
